- Approximately 40 years engaged in the Civil Engineering profession. Prior to starting J.K. Holmgren Engineering, Inc., I was the City Engineer and Commissioner of Public Works for the City of Brockton for a period spanning five years. I also was a project engineer and resident engineer for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Works for over 11 years.

The company has developed into a comprehensive and successful civil engineering and surveying services oriented company and has continued to expand reach and services, providing for a better product to its clients.
