J.K. Holmgren Engineering, Inc. (JKHE) was contracted to provide a complete site design for a 2-story office building totaling 19,980 square feet. This building with its very modern and impressive design is located in a commercial zone.
JKHE’s services included research at the municipal and county levels. Other services included a complete topographic and boundary survey; soil evaluations; the design of a new pump chamber for the new sewer connection to the municipal system; complete site design, including a striking landscaping and lighting design; and engineering drawings for presentation to the various departments within the City of Brockton.
JKHE’s engineers represented our client at the Site Plan Review Board, the Water Commission, and the Planning Board. Upon completion of the project, JKHE prepared a comprehensive site as-built survey for the City of Brockton.
