THE COMMUNITY BANK
Brockton (2) and Lakeville MA
J.K. Holmgren Engineering, Inc. (JKHE) was contracted to provide complete site designs for 3 new Community Banks. There are two banks in Brockton and one in Lakeville, MA. The corporate office located on Belmont Street is an impressive 3-story brick colonial building.
JKHE’s services included research at the municipal and county levels. Other services included complete topographic and boundary surveys; soil evaluations; a sanitary disposal system design for Lakeville; complete site designs, including a striking landscaping and lighting design; and engineering drawings for presentation to the various departments within the City of Brockton and Town of Lakeville. JKHE also provided complete survey control and stake-out services throughout the construction phase of the project.
JKHE’s engineers represented our client at the Site Plan Review Board, the Water Commission, the Lakeville Board of Health and the Planning Board.
