Project Construction Cost: $6 million
The Federal Express Ground Facility consists of a 64,000 square foot new distribution center with associated parking and loading areas. This project required impact to 15,000 square feet of isolated Federal Wetlands and Bordering Vegetated Wetlands under the Brockton Con. Com. & DEP regulations.
