J. K. Holmgren Engineering, Inc. (JKHE) consists of a staff of 10 professional, technical and support personnel, of which there are two Professional Engineers and a Professional Land Surveyor. The licensed Professional staff members combine for over 100 years of design experience among them. The remaining staff consists of project engineers, engineering & surveying technicians, survey field crews and administrative support staff. The JKHE staffing has successfully completed hundreds of design projects since the year 2000, with an estimated construction value of over $150,000,000. The project scopes range from individual residential lot development to large Commercial & Residential developments exceeding 150 acres in size.

Our attention to project details and client needs allows us to provide the level of service which our clients demand. The majority of our business is through return clients.

JKHE utilizes the latest technologies in all aspects of the design phase. This includes all plan preparation with AutoCAD, SurvCAD & HydroCAD software packages. We continually upgrade our design, calculation, and GPS software. Our survey crews utilize Leica Total Stations, Wild Levels, and Topcon GPS units, allowing efficient gathering of existing site condition information and accurate construction stake-out of proposed improvements.
