Boundary or Retracement Survey

The plan would show all monuments and note whether they were found or set and their relationship to the property lines or corners would also be detailed. Any and all buildings along with their dimensions and their proximity to the property lines, all physical features on the property would also be accurately shown, bearings and distances around the locus property, the owner of the locus property, the owners of the adjoining properties and the area of the locus property would be shown as well. The plan would also have the zoning district and the flood hazard zone in which it resides noted on the plan.
